Bike insurance quote, 4 days later there not willing to honor!!?

I had a quote on a shineray 50cc pitbike thing, 4 days ago they quoted £152 so ive just called to take em up on that, and there now saying its £670 because apparently and this is what they said "either i didnt provide them the correct details or someone didnt do there job correct" there trying to say i didnt advise them of a drink driving conviction i got 4 year ago, but i did, i remember doing so, and ive been paying out of my *** for the last 4 years on car insurance, so i aint going to not declare it on a moped lol!
so my question, what can i do? originally they said my quote would be honored for 30 days and i know i did declare my ban! i was thinkin of phoning offcom 2moro but not sure if they can do anything?? pls help, because i have bought this bike and paid for my cbt all because of this insurance quote!

You can get a one month insurance on it and prescription drugs without prescription it won't break the bank, even with a drink driving conviction.

Insurance quote around £800 replacing most bits excluding frame. Really I just want my bike back cost is not the issue.
