Your much better off buying a second hand Japanese bike. You have quite a small budget, but if you look on auto traders (bikes) I found all of these models for less then a grand second hand. Honda CG125 Honda CBR125r Yamaha YBF125 If you like the RS then think you may go for the CBR125r. I have a CBR now and I love it.
