‘Financial responsibility” is required in all states, meaning you’d better have enough money to pay for any and all claims you are deemed negligent or liable for should one arrise (to the injured party)..this is why most folks carry insurance, we don’t have this much money setting around….all state have min.of the amount of liabilty ins we must carry or money in reserve, in the state i live in (MO) it is (i believe haven’t checked this in many years) 10k for property damage, 25k/50k for bodily injury and uninsured motorist respectively…so if i don’t want to carry insurance i’d better have 110k in the bank just for that reason only….and of course min. limits do not mean that a claim/accident cannot go over that amount and then the injured party come to you personally for the rest…….i’d get the insurance……:)
only if you or someone else rides the motorcycle on the street or anywhere off your own property.
You can ride up and down your driveway, as long as you do not cross the sidewalk or the curb is there is no sidewalk.
Riding or driving anything on public roads is required in every state. If you have to ask, though you have no business operating any vehicle. You obviously aren’t up the the responsibility.
No Sir you do not, yet I do recommend you get at least the minium.Motorcycle insurance is veryinexpensivee and based on your driving record it should cost you no more then $30 to $45 a month.Ride safe my friend
Yea every where i know of u need insurance, though i have heard before that if u ride a scooter thats like a 80cc or somthing then its not required, but a true mototcycle 250cc & up yea deffinatly

Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada were at some point but today Im not sure. Too many freaks from California have been moving to those places and New Mexico just like they took over Vermont and spreading their brand of democrasocialism. Makes me sick to the gut. What a shame.
Barry Goldwater was really a great guy. Nixon was too before the Watergate thing. But Goldwater deserved the nomination and he deserved to win in 64.
michigan! woo! go wolverines!

Do people realize what the private health insurance industry is all about? They market themselves as an industry out to help you when you get sick. But in all reality, they’re bottom line is to increase their multi-billion dollar profits and deny you coverage when your expenses are taking a toll on their corporate coffers. I guess only when millions of Americans more are becoming bankrupt, sick and being denied coverage, will they learn that the private health insurance industry needs to go.
Most of the time, yes they will find those prior claims.
Many insurance companies participate in a national database that tracks claims. They will also check you MVR records of any tickets or accidents. It is very difficult to slip one past an insurance company.
Fraudulently stating fewer claims than you actually have is not a good idea. If you filed another claim and the prior ones were discovered, they could deny the new claim, back charge you a higher rate, and/or cancel the policy on the spot.
Because your rate went up due to the claims, it's not a bad idea to shop around, just make sure they are rating you with knowledge of those prior claims.

Not what I call sanctions on what is increasingly becoming a rogue state. No one else in ME gets away with that sort of thing.
What are you basing that statement on. I live in Tennessee…no state income tax and yet we have a budget SURPLUS. Businesses coming in all the time. I think you must be related to Miss Teen South Carolina and don't know how to read a map.
Edit: You're reaching now because those of us who actually know what's going on have shot down your little rant. It's basic "trickle down" economics. You bring in big industry, even if they bring in the MAJORITY of the workers from out of state, it still boosts the economy….support services, housing market, buying goods, etc., for the new employees (and their families) who have come here to live… all boosts the economy…which includes creating jobs for others in the state…among other things.

A motorcycle driver is dead after he lost control and ran off the road.
ahh huh, ,, you sound like a typical HD owner where they all say they buy a HD as an investment.
I buy a motorcycle for fun, enjoyment, the passion to ride, the freedom, to express myself.
NO motorcycle is an investment, all motorcycles loose value in time
